THE EDGE

While a section of my wardrobe is dedicated to dresses, it is a rare occasion in which I commit to wearing one. History says I much prefer to chuck on tough separates than a flouncy, flowing, pretty dress, much to my Mum's dismay - what can I say, I was a skater girl. But this Pink Stitch number I absolutely could not resist, falling out of the 'cute' category with its straight cut and killer leather trims. I have to admit that the size 8 is quite large on me (I often forget how teeny my frame is), though cinched in with a vintage leather belt gave it shape without losing that boxy shape, which appeals to me in so many ways.

To be honest, when I received the Pink Stitch Winter Look Book I was completely blown away by this fashion forward Aussie label. Its unique range with an edgy take on international runway trends has definitely hooked me and I very much look forward to future collections.
