Winter In The City With Wish And Honda Australia

Welcome to the W14 Wish Style Challenge.

I'm so excited to share with you my Winter in the City look for the Wish x Honda Style Challenge (see my first and second Style Challenge articles), photographed once again by my main man, Bradley Jarman. To me, winter is all about snuggling up in comfy knits, which is why I couldn't possibly go passed the Wish Crossed Jumper. Attracted to its cool geometric grid pattern and general 'fluffiness', I mixed feminine and edgy styling with a floating lavender midi skirt and leather accessories.

Perth winters are for the most part mild, with the occasional crisp morning thanks to our typically perfect blue skies (horrible, isn't it?). No thermals needed here ladies and gentlemen, this is no Canadian winter. Bare legs and single layers provide all the warmth you'll need, though every once in a while the temperature will take you unawares. We'll wake up to frost and ice that could compete with freezing Melbourne on the (very) rare occasion. #PerthPride?

I had in fact wanted to embrace Perth's sunnier side when we shot this look, however Brad and I were met with clouds, clouds and more clouds (Perth, get your act together!). Feeling super cosy in the warm Wish knit on a surprisingly chilly morning in the CBD, I couldn't help but dance and prance and twirl about despite the lack of blue skies and sunshine. I blame it on the scuba skirt. And the coffee. Always the coffee.
