ON THE SECOND LAST DAY
Take a peek outside at present to be met with dark thunderous clouds and pouring rain, which is decidedly appropriate keeping in mind it is indeed the last official day of winter. I understand your disbelief (and my own) that the above photos were taken just a day ago. As the rain gets heavier and louder around me, I'm dreaming of beach days like yesterday - basking in the warm sun on our perfect Western Australian coastline. With the end of these bleak days in sight, I'm sure they will be plenty (until it becomes too hot to bare).
Tonight I plan on watching copious amounts of Sex & the City, drinking hot chocolate and catching up on my favourite blogs - a quiet night greatly needed after a demanding day.
One Teaspoon cut-off shorts.
