Crown Metropol Perth: Getting Ready for a Night Out

Is there really anything more glamourous than getting ready in a luxurious hotel room?

________

Okay, so having other people get you ready in a luxe hotel room is probably more glam, but you get my point. Anyway, I generally prefer to do my own make-up and hair; I just feel like I know it better than anybody else could. And let's be honest, there's nothing worse than going out not feeling confident, especially when it involves 5-star hotel, Nobu at Crown.

Starting with my hair, I used the Toni & Guy Volume Plumping Whip and 3D Volumiser to add a little oomph to my locks before blow-drying. I then used my new favourite Halo Hair 'The Jessica' wand to create soft waves through my hair and setting it with the Toni & Guy Casual Hairspray, which still allows full movement.

As for makeup, I applied my usual Dior eyeshadow and a swipe of a pink Clinique lipstick. While strong brows are always my game, it was a first for me to wear fake lashes, but how could I resist when Ardell does them so well?

Before Brad and I left to meet my parents at the Lobby Lounge for pre-dinner drinks, we were rewarded with an exceptional West Coast sunset over the Perth city skyline from our Luxe King Spa Room at the Crown Metropol; a view I could easily get used to on a day-to-day basis.

It truly was the perfect night out.
