The Must-Have Trend: Cut-Out Shoulders

Plus, my top picks for summer and winter!

Alas, I've been borderline obsessed with shirt dresses for a decade, with my wardrobe bursting at the seams with button-up pieces. They're such a timeless piece that I find so effortless to wear that I'm constantly finding myself investing in, knowing full well that I'll wear them until they die (popped buttons, holes, stains - I've experienced them all after excessive wear).

While I love the classic shirt dress, I'm also always on the hunt for something a little different, which is why I knew I had to have this black number by Elliatt. The cold shoulder trend has been doing the rounds for a while now, but I'm really loving it's sister trend, the cut-out shoulder.

The best thing? It's not just limited to shirt dresses or summer; instead it has become quite the versatile all-seasoner. Dresses, shirts and even jumpers have been spotted sans shoulders and I am most certainly not complaining. You can flaunt your shoulders and sport the long sleeve trend at the same time - now thatis what I'm talkin' about!

I'm wearing: Elliatt shirt dress, Janessa Leone hat, Ray-Ban sunglasses, 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli bag and Senso slides.
