FAREWELL ALEXISONFIRE

 

Over the years I've come to realise that I'm all about the experience, whether it's a gig or skydiving or traveling. I truly believe that an experience is just as much as an investment as buying a house (though one may be deemed more responsible than the other). I have always thoroughly enjoyed live music, and I've been to an extensive list of festivals and concerts over the last half decade. However, I do have a top three that I rate the most rewarding experience - Bon Iver at Red Hill Auditorium earlier this year, Moby at Southbound 2010 and now Alexisonfire Farewell Tour at Metropolis Montreal.

Amongst perfect vocals and a great venue, Alexisonfire were once again incredible live. And no bone in my body could resist Mr Dallas Green (that voice - ooh la la!). To see them live not only in their home country but also on their last tour was a seriously awesome experience.
