LION IN THE CITY

Being one of the largest cities I've ever visited, it's not surprising that just two days was not enough to see and do everything in Toronto. Naturally, we packed in as much as possible into those couple of days (one taken up entirely by a Niagara Falls tour - see photos on Instagram). Highlights include walking through the colourful St Lawrence Markets, eating too many dumplings in Chinatown, shopping at the Eaton Centre and the view at the top of the CN Tower. Needless to say I hope to be in Toronto again someday not too far away.

We're currently in Banff, Alberta (also known as Little Australia), living amongst the impressive Rocky Mountains for a week or so. Unfortunately I've been forced to spend all morning in bed with an incredible sore neck after taking a spill yesterday snowboarding in Lake Louise. Luckily I was wearing my helmet, so no damage to my head (safety first kids)! Hopefully I'll be back riding tomorrow, but for now it's time for a hot relaxing bath. This is the life.
