An Elegant Timepiece for All Seasons

Creating confidence with head-to-toe black and Cluse Watches.

There's no doubting my love for head-to-toe black lately (actually, it's a long time affair), opting for as many dark shades as possible in my styling choices. With a long summer on the horizon, I've been making the most of the cool weather with lots of leather, denim and heavy fabrics that have little chance of making the cut when the heat sets in.

I can't help but feel confident when I'm wearing an understated look like this, elevated by little details such as a pair of statement platform shoes or an elegant watch. While I love a good trend as much as the next person, it's the basics that always have me going back for more, so injecting an eye-catching piece is always apart of my styling routine, summer or winter.

For quite some time now, it's a Cluse timepiece that has managed to complete my outfits (you could say I'm somewhat obsessed!). Rarely have I been spotted without a watch on my wrist over the past decade, and while they have often been oversized and 'boyfriend' inspired, I couldn't help but gravitate towards the new Cluse La Vedette collection (launching soon!) of small vintage watches. They're elegant and timeless with a modern twist, like the all-black Cluse watch with mesh detailing, which was a natural choice for me.

And so, when my head-to-toe black threads get slowly pushed to the back of the wardrobe to make room for lighter summer pieces, you can expect to see the Cluse La Vedette timepiece continue to make an elegant statement throughout the seasons. I guess you could say it's my way of taking the confidence I feel when I wear this winter outfit and injecting it into the warm months ahead.
