My New Favourite Clinique Moisturiser
When it comes to my skincare routine, I’m all about hydration, so it’s probably no surprise that I’ve been a humungous fan of the entire Clinique Moisture Surge range for years and years and years. Truthfully, there isn’t one Moisture Surge product I haven’t liked or, more importantly, my skin hasn’t loved.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, out comes the new Clinique Moisture Surge Intense 72-Hour Lipid Replenishing Hydrator, or what I like to call The Moisturiser of My Dreams. I started using the new cream gel moisturiser formula a month ago and I simply love it.
This jar of goodness is rich, yet it applies smoothly, it’s lightweight and fantastic under makeup. The moisturiser leaves my skin dewy, glowy and hydrated, just the way I like it, even after washing my face. Oh yes, you heard that right. The new oil-free addition to the Moisture Surge family includes skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid, activated aloe water, cica (a tiger grass that helps sooth dry, delicate skin) and the lipid-filler technology (that helps support, strengthen and reinforce the skin’s barrier). It’s the perfect face moisturiser for dry skin too.
Needless to say, this one has become a permanent addition to my skincare routine, along with other go-to’s like the Moisture Surge Eye Hydro-Filler Concentrate, Lip Hydro-Plump Treatment, Pop Triple Lip Balm and Face Spray (yeah, it’s a lengthy list). I know it’s a big call, but the Clinique Moisture Surge Intense is without a doubt one of my favourite skincare discoveries of the year and you can expect to see it pop-up in my routine for many years to come. You know what they say: When you’re onto a good thing, stick with it!
