How To Create this Ice Blue Makeup Look

I’m here to declare that Ice Queen is my new signature look. Yesterday morning I decided to have a little fun with my makeup and experiment with the new Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayons. Since we’re confined to our homes, now most certainly feels like the right time to trial makeup looks, ridiculous as they may be. As it turns out, this one ended up being far less ridiculous than I’d expected.

Starting with a bronzed base created with the MAC Eye Shadow x15 Palette in Warm Neutral (the exact palette is no longer available, but the Amber Times Nine palette is almost the same) and the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes To Mesmerise in Star Gold, I built up the Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in Blue Me Away with a blending brush in the inner corners of my eyes. To add a luminous glow, I layered the stunning Fenty Beauty Kilowatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter in Minty Mojito on top of the colour, as well as on my cheekbones. Finally, I finished the ethereal eye look with a flick and a slick of the Marc Jacobs Highliner Liquid-Gel and Velvet Noir Mascara.
